After All-party Meet, Venkaiah Says RS to Sit on Feb 13 Instead of 15; Farmers' Issues to Dominate Session

The vice president further said that the Upper House will now sit on February 13, instead of 15 Naidu as, he said, more time is needed for discussion on Motion of Thanks to President and Budget.
